stated in their writeup. I was targeting ground ivy and was pleased with the result, but, as advertised, it will take a second application. Much better result than some previous salt water -based applications. I recommend it.
I saw the ad for Lanaturo Salacia. I was skeptical as being almost 70 years old, I've seen my share of "miracle" products only to be found of no value.
I purchased one bag of Salacia. I mixed the 3-scoop per gallon solution.
To apply without overspraying or missing an area, I laid out several garden hoses vertically about 3 feet apart.
I had to leave to pick up my car, so I laid down a stick horizontally to mark where I left off. When I returned about 90 minutes later, I found no stick was necessary as there was a definite line between dead and untreated CC. The green grass remained. I showed the photos to a friend and neighbor who are now also users of Salacia. I purchased 2 more bags. Yes...it's that effective. Organic too. Best of both worlds. Please see photos.

Salacia, as you can see in the picture shows the death of the clover. Some areas zi needed to treat twice. I'm sure some clover didn't get treated as it was not visible yet when zi sprayed the others. I believe I treated allow on my second go round. I will post again in another week to let u know that it is completely gone.

Salacia comes as dry granules that you dissolve in water and spray. For selective use (kills weeds, preserves grass): mix 3 cups per gallon of water. For non-selective use (total vegetation control): mix 4 cups per gallon. Use a pump sprayer or backpack sprayer — shake or agitate before spraying. Apply directly to weed foliage until thoroughly wet. Spray in calm conditions, with no rain expected for 24 hours. We recommend a patch test on a small section of lawn first.

No — Salacia must be dissolved in water and applied with a spray tank (pump sprayer, backpack sprayer, or similar). The granules need to fully dissolve and remain agitated in the tank for proper delivery. A dry spreader will not dissolve the product or provide the foliar contact needed for weed control. Shake or agitate the tank periodically during application.
