Please read these terms carefully before using our website or purchasing our products.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at lanaturo.com ("Site"), including all content, products, and services offered by Lanaturo ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site or purchase products from us. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. We do not knowingly collect information from or sell products to anyone under 18.
2. Products & Pesticide Use
Salacia Organic Weed Control is an EPA 25(b) minimum risk exempt pesticide, OMRI Listed for use in organic production. It is a federally exempt product under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) Section 25(b).
By purchasing our products, you agree to:
- Read and follow all label directions before use
- Use the product only on weeds and surfaces identified on the label
- Use the product only in states where it is registered or exempt from registration
- Accept that results vary based on weed species, application technique, weather conditions, and other environmental factors beyond our control
- Not hold us liable for results that differ from expectations when label directions are followed
Product information on this Site, including application guidance provided by our chat assistant, is for informational purposes and does not replace the product label. In the event of any conflict between information on this Site and the product label, the product label governs.
3. Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Prices displayed at the time you place your order are the prices that apply to your transaction.
We accept payment through Stripe (credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and PayPal. Payment is processed at the time of purchase. All payment card data is handled directly by Stripe or PayPal — we never see, store, or process your card number.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, orders to states where our product is not registered, or orders with inaccurate shipping information. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.
We currently ship to the contiguous United States only (Lower 48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or internationally.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We offer free UPS ground shipping on all orders. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 1-2 business days after shipment. Tracking information is sent to you by email once your order ships.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, natural disasters, or other events outside our control. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee & Refunds
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with the results, contact us through our chat assistant or at lanaturo.com/contact, and we will work with you to troubleshoot application technique. If we cannot resolve your concern, we will refund your purchase in full.
Due to the nature of the product, we do not require you to return the product to receive a refund. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of delivery, contact us for a full refund.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, software, and the Salacia and Lanaturo trademarks — is owned by or licensed to Lanaturo LLC and is protected by US and international intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent. "Salacia," "Lanaturo," "Hybrisal Technology," and the Lanaturo logo are trademarks of Lanaturo LLC.
7. User-Generated Content
You may submit content to our Site through product reviews, the chat assistant, contact forms, and photo uploads ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and modify such content in connection with our business operations, including product improvement, customer support, and marketing.
You represent that any User Content you submit is your own original work, does not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights, and does not contain unlawful, defamatory, or objectionable material. We reserve the right to remove any User Content at our sole discretion.
If you believe content on our Site infringes your copyright, please contact us at [email protected] with a description of the copyrighted work, the location of the infringing content, and your contact information. We will respond to valid claims in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
8. Chat Assistant & AI Services
Our Site includes an AI-powered chat assistant ("Lanaturo Intelligence") that provides weed identification, product guidance, and application support. The chat assistant uses artificial intelligence to generate responses based on our product knowledge base and label information.
Chat interactions, including text messages, uploaded photos, and any personal information you share (such as your name, email, phone number, or location), are stored on our servers for customer support, product improvement, and personalization purposes. The chat assistant provides general guidance only. It is not a substitute for reading the product label. AI-generated responses may contain errors. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from reliance on information provided by the chat assistant. Always defer to the product label for definitive application instructions.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT: (A) THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; (B) THE RESULTS OF USING OUR PRODUCTS WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS; (C) THE PRODUCT WILL BE EFFECTIVE ON EVERY WEED SPECIES IN EVERY CONDITION; OR (D) ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE CHAT ASSISTANT OR SITE IS COMPLETE OR ACCURATE.
Weed control outcomes depend on many factors including but not limited to: weed species, growth stage, application rate, water volume, weather conditions, soil type, and application technique. These factors are outside our control.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LANATURO, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR OUR PRODUCTS, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
This limitation applies to all claims, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lanaturo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Site or products; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third party's rights; or (d) any User Content you submit.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site or products shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation by contacting us at [email protected].
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, and shall be conducted in English.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only, and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against us.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in Pennsylvania for any actions not subject to arbitration.
14. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
16. Agent-Mediated Purchases
Lanaturo permits authorized AI agents (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and similar autonomous shopping agents) to make purchases on behalf of human users who have explicitly authorized them. By initiating an agent-mediated purchase, the human user agrees to these Terms on the agent's behalf. Agents must identify themselves via standard headers (User-Agent, Agent-ID) and transact through approved payment partners. All other terms, including refund, return, shipping, and refusal-of-order policies, apply equally to agent-mediated purchases.
We reserve the right to refuse or reverse any agent-initiated transaction that we reasonably believe was placed without genuine human authorization, violates these Terms, or appears fraudulent.
