If you've followed our guidance and you're still not seeing results, here's exactly what happens — you have 30 days from delivery to start it:
Tell Us What You're Seeing
Start a claim from our contact page, reply to any email from us, or tap the green dot to reach Lanaturo Intelligence — whichever is easiest. Send a photo of the treated area and tell us the rate you mixed: that's how we tell a coverage problem from a rate problem, usually in about a minute.
We Work It With You
Real guidance from people who know this product, not a script. If it turns out to be a genuine product issue, we re-treat or replace your bag at our cost and ship it free. The goal is the lawn you paid for.
Your Money Back if We Can't
If we truly can't get you there, your money comes back — no runaround, and no return shipment. Unused bags are always refunded in full. For a bag you've opened and used, what we refund is settled with you once we've seen what happened, because if a bag already did real work on your lawn, what we owe you is the result, not the receipt.
Changed Your Mind? Sending It Back
This is the other lane — nothing to do with the guarantee above. If you simply don't need it and the bag is unused and unopened, here's exactly how a return works:

- You have 30 days from delivery to open a claim. We're generous inside that window; we can't reopen it after.
- Used per the label directions. If the rate was off, that's the most fixable thing there is — we'll re-treat or replace with you, because we'd rather fix your lawn than hand you money and leave it the same.
- A photo of the treated area is part of a claim. It's how we diagnose, and it's how we stay fast for the people who need us.
- One guarantee claim per household.

- Approved refunds land on your original card within 3–5 business days, with confirmation by email.
