got pregnant last fall and started looking at every chemical we use in our home and yard. weed killer was on the list. this product is omri certified and the safety info felt thorough. used it during my second trimester after my husband applied it (i didnt want to handle the concentrate just in case). lawn looks great, baby and i are healthy. peace of mind matters.

works well, no complaints about effectiveness. one nitpick: i wish the bag was clearer about how long to wait before letting kids and pets back on the lawn after spraying. it says let it dry before re entry, but how long is that exactly? hour? two hours? rainy day a whole day? more guidance would help. but as i said the product itself works fine.

my dog has had skin issues so we stopped using anything chemical on the lawn. switched to this. chickweed and clover both responded within a few days. only reason its 4 stars and not 5 is the bag is heavy and a bit awkward to scoop from when its almost full, ended up spilling some. otherwise great. dogs paws have been fine.

works on what its supposed to work on at the selective rate (broadleaf weeds in lawns). for grassy weeds like crab grass you have to use the higher non selective rate which works but kills the surrounding grass, so its a tradeoff. for me, clover, dandelions and a few wild violet patches were the targets and the selective rate got all of them clean. four stars because i wish a single rate handled both broadleaf and grassy weeds in a lawn, but that physics doesnt exist anywhere as far as i know.

used to do the trigger sprayer thing with smaller bottles of weed killer, took forever. this product made me actually invest in a backpack sprayer (4 gal) and now i can do my whole front and back yard in one mixing session. clover, dandelions, chickweed all responded well. lawn is better than it has been in years.

have a senior dog with kidney issues, the vet told us to be extra careful about chemicals he might walk through. switched everything in our yard care to organic. this is the only thing that has actually killed the clover without me worrying. let it dry first like the bag says. one application got most of it, second application got the holdouts.

running my own small landscaping outfit for 18 years. been adding organic options to my service for clients who ask. this has become my go to for the broadleaf clean up on residential. the per gallon cost is reasonable when you factor in the coverage. no callbacks for damage to the lawn. recommend it.

the product probably works fine but i had bad luck. sprayed late afternoon, rain came around 8 hours later (forecast had said no rain). most of the spray washed off and only about 30 percent of the weeds died. my fault for not double checking the forecast but bumping it down to 2 stars because the bag should warn more clearly that any rain in 24 hours basically kills the application.

product works. mixing process is the only thing i wish was simpler. you scoop it into your sprayer, add water, agitate it well or it can clog. once you get the mixing right (took me a couple tries to nail) the actual spraying and the results are great. clover and dollar weed both responded within a few days. four stars, would be 5 if mixing was less fussy.

product works as advertised, killed the clover patches that have been driving me crazy. taking off a star because i wish the bag had clearer instructions for the dilution rates. i had to look online to figure out the difference between selective and non selective rates. a flow chart on the bag would help. but the product itself is fine.

sprayed in 95 degree heat at noon. realized later thats wrong, the bag says morning when its 60-80. nothing died. on the next round in early morning the same patches died fine. so its my fault not the products fault. had to take off stars because of how disappointed i was the first time before i realized. lesson learned read the directions.

a few things i appreciate after using this for a season. one, the bag lasted longer than i expected. two, the results matched what the website promised. three, customer service answered an email i sent within a few hours. four, my dog has been fine through multiple applications. five, the lawn looks better than my neighbors who use the chemical stuff. happy customer.

bought this hoping itd kill the crabgrass in my front lawn. did the selective rate first (3 cups per gallon) and the crabgrass barely flinched. then i learned from the website that crabgrass needs the higher non selective rate (4 cups per gallon) which actually does work, but at that strength it also kills the surrounding grass. so for spot patches of crabgrass along a driveway or in cracks it crushes them, but in the middle of a lawn youre trading the weed for a dead patch youll need to reseed. did clean up dandelions and clover at the lower rate without touching the grass which was nice. three stars because the crabgrass tradeoff couldve been clearer up front.

i had a really stubborn patch of plantain in the back yard that took three applications to fully kill. spent a lot of the bag on those few plants. honestly i think the product works on most weeds but plantain in particular was a fight. for the easier stuff (clover, dandelion) it was 5 star material. averaging it out for me, 2 stars because of the plantain ordeal.
